Experience: 5 Years (At least 2 Years within the U.A.E)

Driving License: Preferable not essential

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• Induct lead all Kitchen in charges ensuring they are receiving adequate support training and resources to operate their branch at optimum level.

• Responsible for training the staff in the entire operations of the kitchen in all branches as advised by the respective HODs.

• To provide necessary training to improve the quality and hygiene of the food cycle from preparation through to delivery.
• Motivate and lead Kitchen employees to perform their roles to a high standard and in alignment to policies and procedures.
• Standardize operations across all branches.
• Create and maintain a skills grid for each employee.
• To facilitate the audit in order to ensure that the food is prepared in accordance with the companys QHSE standards.
• Carry out the periodical audit of all kitchens ensuring improvements required are acted on.
• To train new kitchen helpers and provide ongoing training as advised by the F&B Operations Manager/ Restaurant Manager.

Professional Requirements:

• Bachelors degree/Diploma/ Equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the U.A.E
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills in English

Salary: AED 6000.00 /month AED 500 against Fuel & Salik Allowance
