Architectural Site Inspector

Key roles and responsibilities: Assist the Site Architect in performing the contractual duties on site. Verify the quality of finishes and materials used in the project, ensuring that they meet the specified standards and project requirements, this involves examining the finishes, such as surface preparation, paint, or surface coatings, to check for proper application, smoothness, color consistency, and absence of defects. Ensure that the installations of finishes, joineries, doors, windows, hardscaping, facade, walls, ceilings, and tiles comply with the approved shop drawings and the relevant industry standards.
