Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
Receiving and sorting mail
Procurement and contract management - i.e. preparing documents to put out tenders for contractors;
Project management and supervising and coordinating work of contractors, and following up on any deficiencies;
Directing and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste control, Fire & Emergency Procedures etc
