Job Description
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Meet and greet VIP customers
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Overseeing daily operations of the front of the house.
Ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
Preparing VIP Report for CEO
Hiring, training, and supervising front-of-house staff.
Creating and managing staff schedules.
Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
Coordinate front-office activities and events
