PMO PMO

A multinational eCommerce company is looking for a PMO. The selected candidate will manage risk and dependencies, define processes, and ensure program success. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities

• Manage risk and dependencies across organisations
• Learn and innovate continuously
• Define and implement coordination and communication processes
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure successful program execution
• Establish governance structure with KPIs, milestones, and reporting
• Track and monitor program status to meet milestones
• Identify and resolve issues, recommend process improvements
• Define and maintain project management standards
  

Requirements

• Experience in project management or PMO activities
• Prior experience leading and influencing across a complex and global matrix organisation
• Proficient in written and verbal English (Japanese is preferred)
