Job Description
A multinational eCommerce company is looking for a PMO. The selected candidate will manage risk and dependencies, define processes, and ensure program success. This is a contract role.
Responsibilities
- Manage risk and dependencies across organisations
- Learn and innovate continuously
- Define and implement coordination and communication processes
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure successful program execution
- Establish governance structure with KPIs, milestones, and reporting
- Track and monitor program status to meet milestones
- Identify and resolve issues, recommend process improvements
- Define and maintain project management standards
Requirements
- Experience in project management or PMO activities
- Prior experience leading and influencing across a complex and global matrix organisation
- Proficient in written and verbal English (Japanese is preferred)
