Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly as they enter and leave the showroom.
Operate the cash register, handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and process payments accurately.
Scan and bag items efficiently while ensuring pricing accuracy.
Manage returns, refunds, and exchanges in line with company policies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented checkout area.
Provide customers with information about products, promotions, and store policies.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Upsell and promote store products and services when appropriate.
