What you will need to do:
Procure Subcontracts as allocated by the Subcontract Manager and ensure subcontracts are delivered as per the Project Procurement Plan requirements (Time, Cost, Quality).
Draft and negotiate relevant agreements (i.e. Subcontract or Services Agreement) in coordination with the Subcontracts Manager.
Assist the Subcontracts Manager for all the post awards activities until the handing over of the subcontract works, including variations and claims management and drafting of the relevant correspondence.
Coordinate with all relevant in-house departments to ensure all requirements are included in the bidding documents – including flow down of the Main Contract/Client’s requirements - and prepare/issue the RFQ to the subcontractors of the Bidders lists.
