Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Operate drilling equipment and machinery to drill holes for construction projects.
Monitor drilling operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
Conduct pre-drilling inspections and tests to determine the appropriate drilling method and equipment.
Maintain drilling equipment and perform routine maintenance and repairs.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to plan drilling operations and meet project objectives.
Interpret drilling data and adjust drilling parameters as necessary.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and protocols.
Train and mentor drilling crew members.
Keep accurate records of drilling operations and prepare reports as needed.
