Senior Project Manager

One of our clients a leading Architecture firm based in Dubai working on highrise residential and hospitality projects across the UAE is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager with experience in architectural consultancy in the UAE ideally handling master planning projects.

This role will mainly focus on managing the contract both upstream and downstream as well as coordinating with document controllers and proposal coordinators.

Main Responsibilities includes but are not limited to:

• Manage the delivery of consultancy projects
  

• Review all contract agreements related to the project to understand the objectives and legal framework of the project
  

• Prepare schedules programs and cost variations for client approval
  

• Facilitate and attend meetings with project designers subconsultants and internal departments for project planning including additional work variations and cancellation of works
  

• Coordinate with appropriate stakeholders for BOQ and quotation preparation
  

• Collaborate with Architects on design related details including drawing modifications technical specifications and other related documentation
  

• Prepare weekly reports and final asbuilt drawing documentation for submission to clients
  

• Prepare and review schedules charts cost summaries and project structure to assess the projects success and make suggestions for future initiatives
  

• Comply with all QHSE Policies objectives and processes established by the company
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture Construction Management or related field

• A minimum of 10 years experience in Architecture and Construction industry

• Minimum of 15 years experience in General or Administration Management

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other relevant software

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
