Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose
• Support onshore routine maintenance activities by ensuring required materials and spare parts are available on time.
Key Job Accountabilities
• Prepare and develop periodic reports for critical and urgent materials identified by end user and facilitate meetings for tracking, follow-up and information sharing for all stakeholders.
• Resolve requests arising as part of procurement processes in liaison with Procurement, Engineering teams and end users.
• Support in the procurement of required emergency materials identified by end user for onshore routine maintenance activities.
• Support in new purchase/replenishment of Capital, Insurance and repairable materials required for onshore routine maintenance activities as per the approved procedures.
