Cardiac Radiographer

• To be competent in the Cardiac and Electrophysiology diagnostic Labs in providing angiographical support to the highest standard to monitor cases for proper utilization of services,completeness of documentation and proper compliance to policy and procedures.
• To be competent in assisting the physician in the following range of clinical/technical procedures and techniques
• Bi-plane , single plane and Zeego labs:- perform examinations to the highest standard/ Set-up / Maintenance / Troubleshoot
• Power injector:- perform examinations/ Set-up / Maintenance / Troubleshoot
• Educate and train new staff.
• Assist with ordering and maintaining supplies.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and routine cleaning are performed as directed.
• Ensure a safe work environment and employee safe work habits.
• Provide patients with the utmost care and attention. All patients shall be assured of their privacy and personal dignity.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from an accredited Medical Imaging program /Diagnostic Radiography program (minimum three (3) year curriculum) is required
• Minimum of two (2) years cardiac radiographic experience (Cardiac, Vascular, imaging and ECG recognition) is required.
• Current national license is required
