Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations ensuring that activities are in line with established quality standards and procedures. Tests conducted are as under –
HDPE / PVC Fabricated Product Inspection / Testing
· Dimensions and Visual Inspection (As per drawings)
· Product testing as per customer requirements
PE /PPR/PP/ABS Pipes and Fittings Testing
· Dimensions (Wall thickness, Outer diameter, Out of roundness (ovality), Weight per meter)
· Visual Inspection (Appearance, Correct Marking, Correct Structural Features, Correct Colour, Correct length)
· Heat Reversion test
· Hydrostatic pressure test @20/60/80/95 degree Celsius
