What will you do?

• Oversee daily spa operations, including Scheduling, Reservations, Inventory Management, and facilities upkeep.
• Develop Strategic plans to enhance the Spa's performance and Guest satisfaction.
• Ensure guests receive personalized, attentive, and high-quality service throughout their spa journey .
• Monitor and control operating costs and expenses while maximizing Revenue opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Sanitation standards.
