Monitors monthly food and beverage costs and profit and loss expenses of the EP Club.
Meets VIPs, performs guest relation duties, and obtains comments and feedback.
Ensures the ambiance, cleanliness, and exclusivity at the EP Club area is maintained at all times.
Performs all aspects of colleague and training functions, including hiring, performance appraisals, counselling, coaching, training, disciplinary actions.
Responds and adapts to changes and best practices as dictated by the industry, MOHG, and the hotel.
Works very closely with other sub-sections of the Front Office to provide the Mandarin Oriental personalized service to the guests.
Performs any other reasonable duties as required by the Senior Management.
Skills And Requirements
Minimum two years’ experience in the same role within a luxury hospitality environment, resort experience is preferred
