Facilities Management Coordinator - Mechanical HVAC MEP Maintenance

Key Responsibilities/Duties :- Provide support the administration team when needed: Tawtheeq creation, Renewal and Cancelation, new Lease Agreement, offer Letter for new clients, etc. Coordinate the properties viewing for the new clients and when required. New villa’s Snag inspection. Inspect facilities and sites periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance Prepare and coordinate daily and weekly maintenance schedules. Supervise and train maintenance technicians, when applicable. Inspect and maintain building systems (Heating, Ventilation, HVAC, Air Conditioners etc.) Oversee all repairs and ensure that the work is completed on time. Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance.
