- Receive restaurant reservations and ensure maximum up selling
- Prepare reservation update daily
- Ensure that Guest Comment Cards data are being recorded
- Regularly send HTML and other promotional materials to the database
- Update regularly the Food & Beverage database
- Handle telephone inquiries regarding the promotions run by the restaurants in a polite and courteous manner and as per standards fixed by Hotel
- Prepare memos, correspondence, emails and letters internal and external
- Ensure all correspondence is filed in a methodical systematic basis
- Have full understanding of the procedures when handling restaurant reservations
- Send quotation to guests for group reservations upon request
- Prepare and assist in sending out bulk mailings occasionally
- Prepare daily the buffet tags, menus, etc. of the Food & Beverage Outlets
- Follow up the reports required from the Food & Beverage Outlets

Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should ideally have a degree / diploma in the hospitality field with a maximum of one year experience in a similar role. You must also have fluency in both written and spoken English and be well versed with computer programs, while being familiar with Micros would be an additional advantage.
