Develop and implement the strategic transportation plan in collaboration with key stakeholders, concessions, and governmental entities to ensure the attainment of defined objectives and revenue targets.. Contract Management: Manage and exploit the transportation contractual terms to deliver incremental revenues through effective negotiation. These include financial management, payment terms, bond performance, communication and relationship approach with ADA. Operational Performance: Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction is delivered through the monitoring of standards, feedback (ASQ), pricing and consumer research.
