You will be updated with latest job alerts via email• Direct Network Administration staff in the development, analysis, and preparation of reports, in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews and recommend appropriate training programs for Network Administration staff
• Coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels and conduct interviews, hire new staff, and provide employee orientation for Network Administration staff
• Coach and provide career development advice to Network Administration staff
Operational:
• Take a leadership role in managing networks-related projects, and plan, develop and manage network systems and procedures, to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department, ensuring that all the network projects follow the ISO principles & ITIL processes
• Analyze and document, network business processes and problems. Advice and develop solutions for problems to enhance efficiencies. Coordinate and implement network solutions from process analysis and general department projects
• Assist with planning for and responding to service outages and other problems (SLA’s)
• Responsible to meet network management section’s productivity and quality goals
• Direct and supervise staff in the development, analysis, and preparation of networking activities reports in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems
• Provide the management with regular reports of the networking environment & projects
• Approve team members' time and expense reports in a conscientious and timely manner
• Review the status reports of network management team members and addresses issues as appropriate
• Schedule and conduct network management meetings
• Communicate with Supervisors, Managers, and Vice Presidents for Departmental operations and manage vendor & supplier relationships
•Assist the Infrastructure Section Head in hiring, performance evaluations and ongoing development of policies and procedures
•Assist the Infrastructure Section Head in developing and adhering to the annual budget for networking equipment’s, services, training, and other needs
• Keep up to date with the latest network technology
• Perform all other related duties as assigned by direct supervisor on time with reliability, honesty, and discretion.
