Senior Infrastructure Manager

.Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT infrastructure systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, Databases,networks and peripherals.

2.Benchmark, analyze report on, and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure and IT systems.

3.Take on a leadership role in managing projects and approve and oversee projects and project

portfolio

4.Oversee provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services.

5.Work with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.

6.Keep current with the latest technologies to direct research on potential technology solutions in support of procurement efforts and take decisions to improve the IT infrastructure environment and solve problems.

7.Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security,disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision and ensure that all the IT infrastructure projects follow the ISO principles & ITIL processes

8.Develop requests for proposal .

9.Negotiate and administer vendor, outsourcer, and consultant contracts and service agreements.

10.Practice asset management for IT hardware, software, and equipment .

11.Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the organization’s executives, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent IT activities.

12.Provide the IT Director with regular reports of the IT infrastructure environment & projects and perform all other duties as assigned by the Director.
