You will be updated with latest job alerts via email. Contributing to the implementation and enhancement of Dubai Customs’ corporate communications strategy and operational plan.
2. Develop, deliver and maintain communications services that follow international best practices and standards, to ensure the flow of information from internal customers to internal and external stakeholders
3. Maintains clarity, accuracy and timeliness in disseminated information and ensures consistency in the effectiveness of the communication process.
4. Manage the development and creation of internal and external communications and campaigns and ensure timely completion.
5. Identifies and employs appropriate communication channels and framework so that external stakeholders get the targeted message correctly and are aware of Dubai Customs policies, procedures and standards.
6. Highlighting the areas that require management’s attention and seeking to solve them so as not to compromise on the timeliness or quality of the product.
7. Preparing and submitting periodic reports to cover management’s update on the status of various projects.
8. Liaise with internal business units, public relations, media and other departments in the Communications Department and review articles prepared for internal and external release for consistency, readability and effectiveness.
9. Performing any duties assigned by the direct manager in a proper and timely manner with reliability, integrity, and ensuring that the assigned tasks are completed to the fullest extent.
