Job Description
Manage the client's real estate portfolio effecting acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, asset management and governance activities as necessary. Focused on the European market but expected to contribute to discussions on the overall portfolio
Assess pipelines of investments, analysing economic conditions affecting fund strategy, highlighting specific problem areas (i.e. tax issues) and work with advisors to identify most appropriate holding structures
Assist Portfolio Managers & CIO in the preparation of soliciting third party services
