Project Manager

Bachelor's degree in construction management/ engineering or related discipline.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the joinery | Fit Out industry.

Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, materials, and processes.

Minimum Experience

5 Years’ experience in delivering Fit-out projects (Joinery).

Commercial & Hospitality industry experience is highly desirable.

TECHNICAL KSAs/ CERTIFICATIONS, ETC.

Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Arabic and English.

Professional level experience in projects operation practices and systems such as Microsoft.

Project, Primavera P6, or Procore.

Good understanding of construction contracts, and leases able to interpret drawings and

specifications.

Professional certification in project management, such as PMP, is a plus.
