Design Manager

Our client is looking for a creative and innovative Design Manager for their real estate projects. Within this role you will be responsible for overseeing the design process of real estate projects and will collaborate with the internal and external stakeholders on the delivery of exceptional residential and commercial design management.

A successful candidate for this role will have design management expertise within UAEbased real estate developers. A strong understanding of design principles construction procedures and building regulations in Dubai is a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the project design management from process to completion and overseeing project scope as well as feasibility studies

• Collaborate with internal teams architects engineers consultants contractors and other stakeholders

• Facilitate regular design review meetings with stakeholders to ensure design quality and compliance with project goals
  

• Ensure designs comply with local regulations building codes and sustainability standards

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor the implementation of design concepts and provide guidance for resolving designrelated issues
  

• Prepare and monitor design budgets to ensure costeffective solutions

• Stay updated with the latest design trends materials and technologies in the real estate industry
  

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture Interior Design or a similar discipline

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide highquality results within deadlines

• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite

• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED accreditation is advantageous

• Excellent communication negotiating and leadership skills

• Strong organizational project management and problemsolving abilities
