Job Description
- Collaborate with the QA team and stakeholders to develop comprehensive test plans.
- Create and maintain detailed test cases, test scripts, and test data sets.
- Execute test cases manually and, when applicable, automate test scripts.
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects, and work with development teams for resolution. Perform regression testing to maintain existing functionality.
- Conduct performance testing to assess responsiveness, stability, and scalability.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) with end-users and stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans and execution reports.
- Generate and communicate test reports, highlighting key findings and issues.
- Ensure compliance with testing standards, policies, and regulations.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as a gatekeeper and develop UAT scenarios based on business scenarios.
- Experience in automation testing in multiple technologies – Web, Java/.Net.
- Experience of using and implementing a variety of test tools, including tools for test management / planning, defect tracking, test automation, test data management.
- Experience with Agile and Testing Tools E.g. Selenium, JIRA, Confluence would be an advantage. Experience working directly with and managing vendors and partners.
- 6-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Strong Software Testing Knowledge. Previous experience in a testing for SAP or Oracle SaaS implementations solution, with strong preference to experience in a multi-industry organization, across multiple functions (Corporate Finance, Retail, etc).
