Job Description
- Minimum 3 years experience with IT Support
- Experience managing Windows Server and Microsoft 365 Platforms
- Experience with management and administration of Microsoft Azure cloud environment
- Hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting servers, desktops, laptops and printers
- Experience in Networking and managing network appliances such as firewalls, switches, wireless access points, network cables and racks.
- Good knowledge of Cybersecurity concepts and experience in deployment and management of endpoint protection and network security applications.
- Strong knowledge of website development and digital marketing is desirable
