Job Description
- Management and development of the finance functions for USA, Spain and Dubai, developing strong commercial partnerships with local management and the central finance team.
- Improve and align systems, reporting, policy, process and controls across both finance teams.
- Provide commercial finance support to the Country Manager and local management team, including P&L and customer KPI trends, pricing analysis and investment ROI.
- Support the preparation and review of weekly cash forecasts and identify opportunities to improve cash flow and working capital management.
- Review and analysis of monthly management accounts and preparation of the Group reporting pack.
- Manage and coordinate local audit and compliance matters.
- Lead the annual budgeting cycle and quarterly re-forecasts.
- Work closely with the central finance team in London on any group audit or reporting requirements.
- Oversee the financial integration of future acquisitions.
