Job Description
Thorough understanding of the ADEK Inclusion framework
Work with the admissions team and phase Head to ensure all prospective students are accurately assessed
Inspire students to achieve the best possible outcomes
Support teachers to develop and implement effective teaching and behavior management
Provide regular updates on student progress through written reports and meetings with parents
Develop and maintain systems for record keeping ensuring information is accurate
Make referrals and liaise with psychologists health and social care providers speech and language therapists and occupational therapists.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Special Needs Education or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Teaching Diploma / PGCE
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
A genuine passion for the arts and a commitment to nurturing students artistic growth.
2 years or teaching experience
IELTS 6 and above for non native English speakers
