Marketing Manager

Eathos is a leading player in the Food & Beverage industry in the UAE dedicated to providing highquality products and exceptional dining experiences to our customers. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our marketing efforts to new heights.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote our food and beverage products and services across multiple channels including aggreagtors take away Dinein & Social Media.
  
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends opportunities and threats in the F&B industry in the UAE.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Sales Operations and Product Development to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  
• Manage the creation of marketing collateral including brochures menus signage and digital content ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
  
• Oversee the planning and execution of promotional events tastings and product launches to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives and leverage data insights to optimize future strategies and tactics.
  
• Stay abreast of industry trends competitive landscape and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  
• Manage the marketing budget effectively ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing roles within the Food & Beverage industry in the UAE market.
  
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness customer acquisition and revenue growth & ability to work on multiple brands.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform marketing strategies and decisionmaking.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  
• Good understnding of digital marketing tools and platforms including social media email marketing and web analytics.
  
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  
• UAE driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
