Sr Analyst Strategy - Delivery Hero

• 
  Analyze and measure the growth of our subscription business with a particular focus on financial performance/ P&L

• Develop and refine the subscription business strategy and create business cases for pricing and value proposition optimization. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategies with overall business objectives and customer needs.

• Work closely with product marketing finance and operations teams to execute subscription strategies effectively. Collaborate on product development marketing campaigns and operational enhancements to drive program success.

• Utilize data analytics and customer insights to understand subscriber behavior preferences and satisfaction levels. Identify opportunities to enhance the subscriber experience and increase retention rates.

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of subscription products and initiatives. Monitor performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.

• Provide reliable and comprehensible databacked assessment on the performance of initiatives and direction in terms of sustainable growth.

• Support the development of annual and longterm business plans for the subscription business segment. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decisionmaking.

• Work under fastpaced conditions with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.

• 
  35 years of professional experience within the food delivery ecommerce or management consulting industries. Past experience in a subscriptionfocused business is a plus

• Strong finance acumen; experience in P&L analysis financial modeling budgeting and business impact analysis is a MUST HAVE

• Expertise with data tools: Big Query SQL Looker etc. is a MUST HAVE

• Strong track record of problemsolving including structuring problems performing detailed analysis and translating data into actionable insights.

• Demonstrated experience in performance mgmt. financial analysis business impact analysis and business planning.

• Strong analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Extensive experience with PowerPoint and Excel And/ Or Google Slides/ Sheets.

• Proven experience in stakeholder management relationship management or similar roles within the food tech industry or related sectors.

• Experience working closely with teams across the organization including Operations Marketing Technology
