What you'll do
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the F&B outlet to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
- You will be in charge of warmly greeting guests assigned to your area of the restaurant, presenting the menu, recommending and upselling menu items through your passion and knowledge ensuring the highest guest satisfaction.
- Serving others is your passion, you will be ensuring the outlet is in immaculate condition and all service standards are adhered to by the supporting team members.
- You will also be in charge of training and mentoring the entire team of waiters, ensuring their knowledge is second to none and they are able to assist our guests in the best possible way.

- You are aware of revenue targets and ensuring these are achieved and exceeded, simultaneously all costs are controlled within pre-set budgets including beverage cost and other expenses.
- By taking part in a daily team briefing pre-service, you ensure you are well informed of the daily happenings around the hotel as well as the upcoming service.
- During your daily routine, you liaise with other departments when required to ensure an immaculate presentation of your outlet, high standards of cleanliness as well as maintenance are upheld at all times including restaurant furniture, equipment, floors, fixtures and fittings.
- Together with your team of hostesses, you ensure the restaurant reservations are optimized to ensure well-controlled productivity, optimal guest satisfaction and optimized revenue generation.
- In collaboration with your service team, you ensure fantastic quality of beverage preparation, presentation and beverage inventory control.

- English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Other languages including Arabic, Italian, French, Spanish or German are highly desirable.
- You will have a relevant professional certification or hotel school diploma and bring a wealth of past experience working for luxury hotels and restaurants in the Middle East.
