Key Responsibilities:
- Dive into research and market trends to spot top talent in real estate
- Network like a pro on job portals social media and professional networks
- Screen and assess candidates skills and experience for the perfect fit
- Schedule interviews and keep candidates in the loop with timely feedback
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Build strong relationships with clients and keep them updated on recruitment progress
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in executive recruitment ideally in real estate
- Proven success in placing seniorlevel candidates
- Deep knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects
- Proficient in recruitment software and social media sourcing
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
