Recruiter - Real Estate

We are currently looking for an experienced Recruiter specializing in the Real Estate industry in the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dive into research and market trends to spot top talent in real estate
• Network like a pro on job portals social media and professional networks
• Screen and assess candidates skills and experience for the perfect fit
• Schedule interviews and keep candidates in the loop with timely feedback
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish ensuring a smooth candidate experience
• Build strong relationships with clients and keep them updated on recruitment progress

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in executive recruitment ideally in real estate
• Proven success in placing seniorlevel candidates
• Deep knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
• Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects
• Proficient in recruitment software and social media sourcing
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
