Job Description

Our client a performancedriven global media planning and buying agency is seeking a talented Media Manager to join their team. This dynamic agency offers services across all traditional and digital media channels covering the MENA region and more than 130 countries internationally. They help clients realise their full growth potential by creating media campaigns that deliver immediate measurable business results while building consumer loyalty and brand value over the long term. Tasks

Client Management and Servicing:

  • Client Interactions: Oversee daytoday client communications ensuring satisfaction and successful service delivery with the support of your director.
  • Detailed Briefings: Collect comprehensive briefs from clients and translate them into actionable plans for the performance team and other stakeholders.
  • Tailored Media Plans: Develop effective media plans and solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Insightful Reporting: Deliver client reports that go beyond media metrics providing valuable business insights.
  • Market Trends: Keep clients updated on current market media trends and relevant business developments.

Media Planning:

  • Planning Expertise: Utilise your strong planning background to meet client planning requirements.
  • Digital Media Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of digital paid media touchpoints.
  • Media Partner Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with diverse media partners staying informed about available market solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (Performance Strategy Ad Ops) to fulfil consulting planning and reporting needs.

Business Development:

  • New Business Pitches: Play a key role in pitching for new business opportunities.
  • Winning Pitches: Leverage your planning and communication skills to deliver compelling pitches that secure new clients.

Skill and Knowledge Development:

  • Continuous Learning: Maintain a curious mindset to stay updated on new products solutions and platform updates.
  • Client and Team Support: Elevate your output to clients and provide support for the development of your colleagues.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in a media agency or a similar role.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Arabic.
  • Digital Media Knowledge: Strong knowledge of digital platforms.
  • Offline Media Understanding: Basic knowledge of offline media.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills.
