Job Description

Our client a leading company in Dubai is dedicated to enhancing the customer experience by introducing the best and latest solutions and technologies in construction architecture and home finishing. They believe that highquality products are integral to the lifelong homebuilding journey. Their commitment to quality and practicality in products not only ensures the quality of life for individuals but also addresses the environmental challenges we face today. They are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team in Dubai.

Tasks

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Manager you will be pivotal in shaping the marketing strategy and driving the brand forward. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and achieve business goals.

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital social media print and events.

  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimise results.

  • Content Creation:

  • Oversee the creation of engaging content that resonates with target audiences.

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce highquality marketing materials.

  • Customer Engagement:

  • Develop initiatives to improve customer experience and engagement.

  • Utilise customer feedback and insights to refine marketing strategies.

  • Partnerships and Collaborations:

  • Build and maintain relationships with industry partners media and influencers.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships to enhance brand reach.

  • Budget Management:

  • Manage the marketing budget effectively ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

  • Track expenditures and provide regular reports onbudget performance.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in a marketing role preferably within the construction architecture or home finishing industries.

Skills:

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing including SEO SEM social media and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic & English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
