Senior Electrician

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in electrical systems and installations with a proven track record of leadership and problemsolving skills. As a Senior Electrician you will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects providing technical guidance to junior electricians and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Plan coordinate and execute electrical projects from start to finish.
Install maintain and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential settings.
Supervise and mentor junior electricians providing training and guidance as needed.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
Interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes safety standards and regulations.
Collaborate with other trades and departments to achieve project goals.
Maintain accurate records of work performed materials used and time spent.
Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential hazards or defects.
Keep abreast of industry trends technologies and best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Electrician with a minimum of 5 years in a senior or supervisory role.
Valid electrical license or certification required.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems components and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings.
Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities.
Solid understanding of electrical codes safety standards and regulations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks in various environments and conditions.
