Job Description
- Assist in ingredient preparation and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Support inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating stock
- Learn and execute various cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- Assist with daily kitchen operations, including prep work, plating, and service
- Participate in menu planning and development
- Provide input on improving culinary processes and guest satisfaction
- Attend and contribute to kitchen meetings and training sessions
