Job Description
We're a leading recruitment company based in Colombo. We are in the search for a Project Manager Electrical for one of the leading Food manufacturers in the Middle East. (Please note that this is a Joint recruitment with one of the leading Recruitment agencies based in Dubai).
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting the technical feasibility for the Project and facilitating the financial feasibility.
- Defining project tasks and resource requirements
- Developing maintaining and abiding by the project plans and timelines
- Reviewing detailed electrical (power & control) drawings engineering drawings and layouts in accordance with the specific process requirements.
- Creating and reviewing of the contractual documents; tender documents contractual submittals and other documents. Reviewing project specifications quotations tender documents and projectrelated submittals.
- Performing fieldwork necessary to gather data and site requirements needed to define the project deliverables and technical requirements & specifications. Perform and verify engineering calculations as required.
- Preparing and Managing Project Budget
- Defining the project risk register and managing the same throughout the project lifecycle
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical PMP Certification
- Knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices
- Experience with electrical project management
- Expertise in electrical engineering software
- Knowledge of electrical codes and standards
- Proficient & handson knowledge in using and working with AutoCAD
- Proficient in working with MS Office and MS Project programs
