Job Title: SEO Specialist & Marketing Manager

Position Overview: As the SEO & Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence and drive lead generation for Company Name. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO techniques digital marketing trends and the Dubai real estate market landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility organic search rankings and traffic acquisition.
• Conduct keyword research analysis and optimization to enhance website content and drive targeted traffic.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and optimize payperclick (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media channels to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the content team to create highquality SEOfriendly content including blog posts articles and property listings.
• Stay updated on industry trends algorithm changes and best practices in SEO and digital marketing to ensure the companys strategies remain effective and competitive.
• Implement onpage and offpage optimization techniques including link building site architecture improvements and technical SEO enhancements.
• Coordinate with web developers to implement SEO recommendations and ensure website functionality meets SEO requirements.
• Manage the companys social media presence including content creation scheduling and engagement to build brand awareness and drive traffic to the website.
• Work closely with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with company goals and objectives.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the Dubai real estate market and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in marketing communications or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO & Marketing Manager in the real estate industry 4 years preferably in Dubai.
• Indepth knowledge of SEO techniques including keyword research onpage and offpage optimization and technical SEO.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush and Moz.
• Experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data generate insights and make datadriven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for different digital channels.
• Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing marketing challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market including current trends regulations and customer preferences is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Arabic language is a plus.
