Job Description
Manage central CX feedback loop
- Analyze customer feedback and provide actionable insights to improve customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute customer experience projects
- Support CX Champions in each NEOM sector, region, or corporate functions in prioritizing and implementing initiatives to improve CX
- Support Central CX team in managing escalations of key initiatives to senior NEOM management
