Retail Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise retail store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Provide guidance and support to store managers in achieving sales targets and operational goals
• Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns
• Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events
• Train and develop store employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe store environment
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to drive business growth and innovation
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail operations management
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple retail stores
• Strong knowledge of retail industry trends, competitors, and customer demands
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
