Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the REAL ESTATE industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful recruitment at all levels within an organization.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the Dubai labour market and local employment laws.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
