Patient Interaction: You'll be the first point of contact for patients, whether in person, on the phone, or via email. Friendly, professional communication is key. Be empathetic to patients' needs and concerns.
Patient Records Management: Maintain accurate patient records, including personal information, medical history, and treatment plans.
Follow-up and Reminders: Follow up with patients for missed appointments or outstanding balances. Send reminders for upcoming appointments via phone, email, or text.
