Analyze and identify process and tooling improvements Liaise with global business, support and development teams Manage stakeholder expectations. Provide comprehensive and timely projects updates to Technology and Business stakeholders Design and own the Change Management process Provide ad-hoc post-release assistance to business, development and support groups Develop requirement documents, define hardware requirements, examine and update processes and procedures as necessary Set up application environments as required Coordinate infrastructure activities with SA, Admin, Solution team Document project related process and guidelines
