Property Consultant for Real Estate

Job Role:

1. Work on Marketing Leads

2. Cold calling on provided data

3. Build up Sales funnel of potential customers

4. Align meetings with potential customers

5. Closing of Leads

6. Achieve Monthly Revenue targets

7. CRM Handling

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.

2. Ability to identify customer needs and match product offerings.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

4. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Work Experience:

Minimum 1 to 2 years of offplan/secondary experience in the Real Estate sector within the UAE.

Compensation:

We offer a basic salary of up to AED 3500 plus commission.

Visa will be provided after closing the first deal.
