Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
Prepare, review, and manage contracts related to utilities projects.
Ensure all contractual obligations are met and that contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintain and update contract documentation and records.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.
Develop and implement strategies to minimize risk and resolve issues.
