Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conduct regular inspections of the airport project site to identify potential health, safety, and environmental hazards.
2. Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and company HSE policies and procedures.
3. Monitor and enforce the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all workers and subcontractors.
4. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for preventive measures.
5. Provide HSE training and induction sessions for new employees and subcontractors.
6. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to develop and implement effective HSE plans and procedures.
7. Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings to promote awareness and communication of HSE issues.
