Cleaner

Key Responsibilities:

• General Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping mopping vacuuming dusting and polishing of floors and furniture.
  
• Sanitization: Clean and disinfect restrooms kitchens and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene.
  
• Trash Management: Collect and dispose of trash recyclables and waste materials properly.
  
• Surface Cleaning: Wipe down surfaces including desks tables and countertops to remove dust and dirt.
  
• Window Cleaning: Clean windows glass partitions and mirrors.
  
• Stock Maintenance: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and report when new supplies are needed.
  
• Equipment Care: Maintain and store cleaning equipment properly ensuring they are in good working condition.
  
• Incident Reporting: Report any maintenance issues hazards or necessary repairs to the supervisor.
  
• Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.
  
• Special Cleaning Projects: Assist with deep cleaning tasks and special projects as needed.
  

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
  
• Skills:
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
    
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
    
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
    
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift carry and move heavy items (up to 25 lbs).
    
  • Ability to stand walk and bend for extended periods.
    
• Personal Attributes:
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
    
  • Good communication skills.
    
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
    

Work Environment:

• The role involves working in various environments which may include offices schools hospitals or industrial facilities.
