Section Management: Oversee the assigned section of the kitchen including organizing and prioritizing tasks coordinating with other team members and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Quality Control: Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished dishes ensuring that they meet the standards set by the establishment and comply with food safety regulations.
Menu Development: Contribute to menu planning and development offering creative ideas for new dishes seasonal specials and menu enhancements.
