Position Overview: We are in search of a seasoned and highly accomplished Senior Physics Teacher with specialized expertise in delivering the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) curriculum. Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Leadership: Strategize develop and deliver comprehensive physics lessons tailored for IGCSE students. Employ innovative and captivating pedagogical approaches to foster a deeprooted interest in the subject matter. Customize teaching methodologies and materials to cater to the diverse learning needs of our student body.
• Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Formulate and implement robust assessment strategies including examinations and assignments to gauge student advancement. Offer constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance facilitating continuous improvement. Maintain meticulous records of student grades and attendance ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Classroom Leadership: Cultivate a conducive learning environment characterized by discipline respect and academic rigor. Foster a culture of intellectual curiosity and critical thinking among students through engaging classroom interactions.
• Professional Development: Pursue continuous professional growth through participation in relevant training workshops and educational forums. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in physics education to enhance instructional efficacy.
• Communication and Collaboration Foster transparent and effective communication channels with students parents and colleagues to uphold a supportive learning community. Collaborate seamlessly with fellow educators and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field; preference will be given to candidates holding a master's degree in education or physics.
• Teaching certification ideally with a specialization in Physics or Science education.
• Proven track record of successful teaching experience within the IGCSE curriculum framework.
• Exceptional classroom management skills and adeptness in fostering positive studentteacher dynamics.
