Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for PET manufacturing.
  
• Conduct regular inspections and tests of raw materials inprocess products and finished goods to ensure they meet quality specifications.
  
• Identify and resolve any quality issues or defects in a timely manner.
  
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections tests and quality audits.
  
• Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement in quality control.
  
• Recommend and implement changes to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
  
• Work closely with the production team to develop and refine processes and procedures.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including production engineering and R&D to address quality issues and implement solutions.
  
• Communicate quality control findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Quality Management Engineering Manufacturing or a related field.
  

Preferred Skills

Minimum of 56 years of relevant experience (UAE & Same PET)

Any Nationality will be preferrable.

Remuneration will be AED 6K.

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality work.
  
• Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques such as Six Sigma ISO standards SPC (Statistical Process Control) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
  
• Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
