Job Information
- Develop the business strategy for the assigned region.
- Lead a highperformance team to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
- Implement effective marketing and sales plans for each commercial channel.
- Analyze the market and new trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and manage the budget of the assigned region.
Job Requirements
- Business Marketing or related careers.
- Minimum experience of 5 years as Regional Country Manager or similar positions in mass consumption companies.
- Experience managing marketing channels: traditional modern wholesale etc.
- Experience being responsible for the commercial objectives of at least two countries in Central America.
- Extensive experience in negotiations.
